Kylie Gardner from Think Recruitment will provide an overview of employer essentials. This will include broad rundown of the changes that came into effect for casual employees and explain how this can and has affected recruitment for local companies. How Think Recruitment go about advertising and what legislative requirements there are around advertising for staff. How Think Recruitment may assist in the recruitment process including dealing with the legalities and offering guidance on employment law.
Small Business Month 2023 Series of FREE workshops featuring industry experts who will provide an overview of the issues facing small businesses. There will be three sessions covering different topics followed by a networking event at conclusion. These sessions can be attended either individually or all together. All attendees are welcome to stay for the networking session.
