You are invited to an after-hours Q&A session hosted by Transport for NSW. Light refreshments will be provided.
The draft Future Transport 2056 documents will soon be released for public comment.
Future Transport 2056 is the NSW Government’s commitment to refresh and build on the 2012 Long Term Transport Master Plan.
This is your chance to meet and ask questions of the authors from Transport for NSW’s strategic planning team.

Background:
Future Transport 2056 will produce a 40-year Future Transport Strategy and a Services and Infrastructure Plan for both Regional NSW and Greater Sydney.
It will also produce supporting plans for critical sectors and issues in, for example, Freight and Ports, Tourism and Transport, Road Safety, Maritime Safety and Disability and Inclusion.
The draft documents will be released for feedback and will be the focus of this event.

Our Guest Speaker this month is Nick Cleary – Founder and Chairman of Consolidated Land and Rail Australia (CLARA)
Nick’s background is in a range of fields including agri-business, financial services and real estate.
He founded CLARA and subsidiary Infrastructure Corporation Australia (2011) to seek out new infrastructure opportunities to be supported by the private sector including High Speed Rail, Inland City Development, a second Sydney Airport and Land-Port facilities.
Nick has a passion for regional communities and the potential that resides within. He continues to seek ways to play an active role in contributing to the improvement of people’s lives across the East Coast of Australia.
He also served as Vice Chairman of the NSW Nationals over 2013-2016.
